The DeSoto Hotel - Downtown Savannah is both the venue for the conference as well as our host hotel. Registration Details

A limited block of rooms has been reserved for May 28/29/30 at The DeSoto Hotel at the rate of $219/nt. The room rate does not include applicable taxes. Please note the tax/fees for Savannah are currently 15% plus a State Hotel Occupancy Fee of $5 per room per night and a City Fee of $1 per room per night will apply to each room. Hotel has a historic preservation fee of 1.89% per room, per night. Taxes and fees as required by the state/city of Savannah are subject to change. Rates are quoted based on single/double occupancy an additional fee of $10.00 for each additional adult over two adults per room.

To take advantage of the special room rate, you must register no later than 12:01AM on Monday, 4/29/24. After the cut-off date or once the group block is full, reservations will no longer be accepted at the special group rate. Group attendees will be quoted the best available rate.

All guests arriving before the scheduled time will be accommodated, as rooms are available. The DeSoto Front Desk and Bell Staff will be happy to provide luggage storage in the event rooms are not available.
