What is included in the General Program Registration Fee?

Registered attendees of the General Program at the 2023 IPIC Conference will be able to:

  • Access all 5 Parallel sessions, including the Opening Sessions, Plenaries and Closing Address, as well as presentations and Special Sessions of the Conference.
  • Access all networking breaks, lunch breaks and coffee breaks
  • Access to the Exhibition Area and explore the latest developments related to Physical Internet from sponsors and exhibitors.
  • Access the Poster Area
  • Connect with other attendees, speakers and exhibitors in the IPIC2023 exhibition floor
  • Attend the PhD Colloquium that will be taking place on the 12th June
  • Additional fees will be charged for participation in the Conference Gala Dinner and pre-conference Technical Visits

 

What is the registration deadline?

Register by Μay 5th, 2023 to take advantage of early bird rates. Standard rates will then be available until  June 1st, after which late registration rates will apply through the end of the conference (see Registration Fees).

 

Are there any group registration facilities provided?

If you wish to register a group of 10 persons or more, please contact ipic_finance@iccs.gr. You will be able to book your tickets as a group leader for 20€ administration fee.

 

My institution/company is also a sponsor for the event. How should I register?

IPIC sponsors should follow different registration links. Please contact ipic@iccs.gr to guide you for registration. 

 

Will any sessions be offered virtually?

All sessions will take place in person in Athens Serafio Center.

 

Do I have to sign up for concurrent sessions?

For certain parallel sessions, attendees are required to sign up, due to limited seat availability. Registered attendees will be asked to book their attendance in early May.

 

What forms of payment are accepted?

IPIC2023 accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners. Please see the section Registration Changes and Cancellations below.

 

How can I change or cancel my registration?

All cancellation requests must be sent to IPIC local organizing team ipic_finance@iccs.gr. Find more on cancelation policy: Terms & Conditions

 

Registration Transfers: If a registered attendee is unable to attend the Conference, their registration may be transferred to another person who is not already registered for the Conference at the same institution or organization at no additional charge. Transfers can be made by emailing ipic_finance@iccs.gr

When will information about the format, schedule and content be released?

The full conference program will be available online towards May. Please note that the schedule may be subject to minor changes.
