Registration

The registration form is available at the below link. Please download, fill it in, then send it by email with the subject "Registration + Your Paper Number". (Email: ipic2020@qq.com).

Registration Note:

1. Each accepted full paper or abstract MUST be registered by at least one author and fully paid with parallel online session registration.
2. Only ONE additional paper is allowed for a parallel online session registration. 
3. A taxpayer’s registration number is required if you would like to apply for an invoice. 
4. All speakers in parallel sessions are required to submit his/her prerecorded presentation video or voice-PPT with paper (please see the guide to create a voice-PPT)
5. Please insert the scanned copy of your Payment Slip and send to us together with the registration form, the body of the email should contain your name, unit and paper number so that we can confirm your payment and registration information. (Email: ipic2020@qq.com)

• Full registration includes the accesses to opening ceremony, keynote sessions, gala dinner and conference proceedings.
• Parallel sessions registration: paper and presentation video will be upload to conference website, paper will be published in conference proceeding

Day 1 Plenary Sessions (Offline + Online)

Offline Participant: 255 USD / 1800 RMB

Online Audience: Free

 (Watch the broadcast online)

Day 2 - Day 3 Parallel Sessions (Online)

Parallel online session speaker: 50 USD / 350 RMB

(Paper and presentation video will be upload to conference website, paper will be published in conference proceeding)

Parallel online session audience: Free

(Free to download the conference paper and join the online discussion)

Important Notes：

1. Domestic participant means those who work in an organization registered in mainland China and wish to pay the registration fee through bank transfer in RMB.

国内参会者是指工作在中国境内注册的组织，并希望通过人民币银行转账支付注册费的人。

2. Please be noted that the registration fee can be paid through bank transfer ONLY. Please remark your "name + IPIC + Paper Number” when making the bank transfer.

请注意，注册费只能通过银行转账支付。转帐时请注明您的“姓名”，“联系方式”和“IPIC+论文号”。

3. Please insert the e-copy of your Payment Slip to the registration form and send to us together.
